Ladies and Gentlemen, I present our first ‘VE’-Session (Video Engagement-Session).  This started out as what was supposed to be a regular e-session, however, Bonnie and Jack were gracious enough to let me take the session in a whole ‘nother direction. 2 thumbs up to these love birds, they are just 2 of the most awesome people I ever met and it was FUN working with them.

Today, I present pictures from my photoshoot with the ridiculously talented singer who goes by the name of  ”Yoshi”. I heard her sing as we were prepping for the shoot and I literally had to stop and listen! Watch-Out-World…you will be hearing much more from this talented young lady.

Today’s pictures are the third set from my ’Juxtapose’ series. We had two separate shoots going on that day(Part 1 & Part 2). However, at a certain point I had to acquiesce to the creative energy in the building and brought both ladies together to make some magic. Needless to say, I was pleased with the results.

As a rule, I tend to avoid covering birthday parties. That said, I was glad I broke my rule to cover Ms Selina’s birthday extravaganza. It was a tastefully orchestrated evening with so much love and goodwill flowing all night long.  It was easy to see that all the guests were gathered to honor a truly great woman who had touched the lives of so many positively.

I had the pleasure of shooting Latrice and Steven’s e-Session.  Getting to know the couple and their inspiring love story has been a pleasure and it is one of the reasons I enjoy doing what I do.

Their chemistry and energy were truly a photographers dream and I  think it’s apt for this session to be my Valentine’s day post.  I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed documenting this fabulous couple.

In my opinion, head shots force a different kind of interaction between the photographer and their subject than you would see if there was more of a ‘set’ or ‘environment’. Tiffany was one of the models I worked with on my ongoing head shot series. Outside of the fact that we got some stunning images, she was really cool to work with.
